For full-priced paid courses, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date
  • A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Access to the course content will be revoked upon refund approval

2.2 Discounted Courses

Courses purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds. By purchasing a discounted course, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2.3 Free Courses

Free courses and educational materials are provided as-is with no refund applicable, as no payment has been made.

3. Refund Policy for Services

For consulting services, custom development, or other professional services:

  • The refund policy for services is governed by the specific agreement made with the client at the project's commencement
  • Terms of the refund policy will be clearly outlined in the service agreement or contract
  • In the absence of specific refund terms in the agreement, our standard policy is that payments for services rendered are non-refundable

To request a refund for an eligible purchase:

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days of receiving them.

5. Refund Denials

A refund request may be denied under the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made after the 7-day refund window
  • The course was purchased at a discounted price
  • There is evidence of abuse of our refund policy
  • The course content has been downloaded, copied, or otherwise misused
  • The service agreement specifically excludes refunds

6. Payment Processing Times

After a refund is approved, please allow for the following processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
  • Digital payment platforms (PayPal, etc.): 3-5 business days

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution or payment provider.
